Strength & Conditioning.

KAM Strength & Conditioning is a specialized strength and conditioning program for female athletes. This service will focus on functional and soccer specific speed, endurance, agility, strength and power. We provide individual Functional Movement Screens with correction of dysfunctional movement patterns and proactive exercise training to reduce occurrence of common injuries, such as ACL tears. We focus on functional movement patterns to build foundation skills in strength and conditioning to better the athlete for now and throughout their athletic career.
